April 5-12, 2011

547 ~ cough drops for a sore throat

548 ~ soft kleenex for a runny nose

549 ~ the power and comfort of prayer

550 ~ the signs of spring – little leaves, flower buds

551 ~ silly puppy antics

552 ~ lunch at Lucille’s with my kids

553 ~ watching the “Sound of Music” at the Woodland Opera House with friends – fun times

554 ~ the warmth of puppy snuggling on my lap

555 ~ lilac blossoming

556 ~ waking up feeling better after a few days not feeling well

557 ~ sounds of train passing in the night

558 ~ seeing 4 large jackrabbits running around in the field next to work

559 ~ and a pair of hummingbirds flitting in the nearby trees

560 ~ the continual joy I receive from watching birds eating at my birdfeeders

489 ~ unexpected visit of mallard duck pair

490 ~ cool spring breezes

491 ~ learning new things

492 ~ accepting new responsibilities

493 ~ warm home when windy & rainy outside

494 ~ snuggly puppy

495 ~ nephews SO excited to see me

496 ~ puppy gets so excited when we’ve turned on to the street my sister lives on

497 ~ chocolate pudding

498 ~ a real shower where the hot water didn’t run out

499 ~ wild windy weather

500 ~ Lucille’s BBQ with my sister

501 ~ Lucille’s bisquits & apple butter – YUMMY

502 ~ Buddy found when he escaped at work

503 ~ the rain stopped just as I was getting home, so I didn’t have to unload it in the downpour

504 ~ Monday morning sunshine after stormy weekend

505 ~ sleeping in my own bed

506 ~ a plan to start eating better

507 ~ hope for the future – knowing God’s walking the path before me
