a pink cloud

A little more spinning…

I got a little over 3 oz of fiber from Irish Rose Rabbitry ~ it was 68% BFL (light grey), 12% Tussah Silk (highland rose pink/green), 20% Satin Angora (white)

It looks like a sparkly pink cloud

I separated it into smaller sections, and rolled them into little pink buns.

These were spun into a soft fuzzy ply

And then plyed into 230 yards at 11 wpi of squishy soft yarn.

I wasn’t able to get a the color quite right, it’s not so shiny and is a little more dusty rose colored.

I hope everyone has a good week, see you all next week…

  1. Before you spun it, it really looked like cotton candy. And that alone reminds me of summer. Looks great after it was spun. Any idea what you will use it for?
